Apple wallet cards not appearing in media and purchases or payment and shipping

I added my debit card directly from my bank’s mobile app. It adds it to my Apple wallet but when I go into media and purchases as well as payments and shipping none of my wallet cards appear nor is there an option to add previous cards. The only option is to manually add?? Why would this happen?

They are separate. Payment methods added to Apple Wallet are separate from your Apple Account. This is the way your separate >accounts< are meant to work.

Apple Wallet is for use with Apple Pay. Apple Account is for purchases on Apple.com/store and Apple Retail Stores. This is a really simplistic, but it keeps payment methods separate.
