Export Keeper CSV to Sequoia Passwords app

Updated to Sequoia today. Trying to import the CSV that I exported from the Keeper password safe app.

Mac Passwords will not allow it, saying that it could not import from the CSV file because it's missing column labels.

I've also sent the question to the folks at Keeper. Just wondering if anyone from the Mac side has found an answer.

Mac mini, 15.0

So after posting my comment, I had an idea to try one more thing. I exported my Apple passwords to see the structure of the CSV. I modified my Keeper export to match the same structure with the same columns headers, and it worked. The structure and headers are:

Title,URL,Username,Password,Notes,OTPAuth

So while I would expect after picking the CSV the Passwords app would ask what columns are related to what fields, it seems that you just have to have your CSV match Apple's format.

Did you make any progress on this? I'm in the same boat. I did add column titles to the CSV that Keeper exported and even made sure to delete any extra columns that aren't needed. So I'm left with:
Title,Login,Password,Website Address,Notes

These are the titles I see in Passwords:

Title,URL,Username,Password,Notes,OTPAuth

Try putting this in the correct order for your data. OTPAuth was empty for the passwords I exported.

I edited the exported file and imported without issue.

If it is just missing the labels, add them. I don't know what they should be, but csv is just a text file. Open the file with a text editor and add a row above the data with all the column labels separated by commas.

Be careful using Text Edit as it might convert the regular quotes to curly quotes. Those won't work.

To determine the appropriate column names, export some from Passwords and use those. They may not be in the same order, so you may not be able to just copy and paste the row into the exported file.
