I have a blue outline box bouncing all over the screen on AppleTV v.18. How do I get it to go away? Voice Over is off. I have turned off the Apple TV box and turned back on which under previous versions fixed this. This did not fix the problem on v.18.

tvOS 18 - Home Screen AppleTV Top Shelf Does Not Display "Up Next", Only "What To Watch" Just upgraded to tvOS 18. In Settings > Apps > TV, Up Next Display is set to Still Frame and Home Screen > Top Shelf is set to Up Next. Before upgrading (tvOS 17.6.1), this worked as intended and when on my TV Home Screen, when the TV app icon was highlighted, the Top Shelf would should all my Up Next Content in Still Frames. After upgrading, when on the TV app icon, the Top Shelf just displays the "TV" logo. IF I change Settings > Apps > TV > Home Screen > Top Shelf to What to Watch, the Home Screen appropriately displays that setting. IF I change it back to Up Next, the same unexpected behavior occurs. Note that in the TV app itself, the Up Next row appears appropriately. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: In Settings > User and Account, removed myself as the default user. Then added myself back. Restarted the TV. Unplugged the TV. Changed the Up Next Display and Top Shelf settings back and forth Completely erased/reset the TV from Settings > System > Reset > Reset and Update. Reset my play history. Created a new one by starting to watch a few shows. Nothing seems to fix this behavior. Anyone encountered similar? Have a fix? Next stop is Apple Care. Thank you!

Apple TV+ app, fire TV cube = spinning wheel forever Already reset my fire cube. Up to date, reinstalled apple tv app. Nothing gets past the spinning wheel to log in. It's all it does.

I was so frustrated with the bouncing blue borders that I performed a factory reset. It was a big pain redownloading all my apps and entering passwords, but the blue bouncing stopped. This reset process indicates that Apple’s software or hardware is the problem.
