Keychain Access is not found in MacOS Sequoia 15.0

I have many backups Private Keys of crypto, credit card, and recovery code of any accounts in Keychain Access Notes.

I love to use Keychain Access because there is Notes encrypted provided, secured, and sync-ed by Apple iCloud.

Now, after updating to MacOS Sequoia 15.0, the Keychain Access application is not found. I have search it through search bar and cannot find it. Where tf is that app ?

Is it replaced with junky Passwords app ? I cannot find my secured Notes in Passwords app.

RIP all of my crypto 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Please develop me Keychain Access to restore my secure Notes, or how to restore it in new Passwords app ?
