I can’t find a place to do the wish list on Apple TV or the App Store. I know Apple TV is a subscription service, but they also rolled in the store and the my library into Apple TV. They used to be able to have a wish list on iTunes, but they got rid of iTunes.
There is currently not an integrated Wish List anymore.
You’ll have to administrate your Wish List elsewhere. (I’ve chosen IMDb’s Watchlist, although that is not necessarily about future purchases.) There are several third party apps and sites for users that like to track their lists on movies (TodoMovies, Letterboxd, trakt.tv, etc.).
