If they are permanently deleted, you don't recover them – unless you have already made copies of them that you can retrieve from someplace else.

That's what permanently means.

If you deleted the photos or videos, but did not permanently delete them (by waiting 30 days, or deleting them manually from the Recently Deleted album), you might be able to recover them from the Recently Deleted album.

Permanently deleted photos cannot be recovered from your iPhone. This message was displayed as another warning on your iPhone.....before.....you tapped to delete the photo from your iPhone:

This will permanently delete the selected photo. This action cannot be undone.

Do you have a backup of the photos on iCloud or a computer?
