How to filter mails by specific sender
I am struggling to filter emails from a specific sender in Apple Mail. The Filter icon provides options for Read, Unread, and then addresses. Not 'Filtered by'
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.6

You need to Create Rule in the Mail Application to Filter a specific Sender
Use rules to manage emails you receive in Mail on Mac
You could make a Smart Mailbox for that person, or if it’s not always the same person, use the search field.
Yes, Filter doesn’t have many options.
I think Apple can do a better filter.
You should tell them: Feedback - Mail - Apple
If you have the Feedback Assistant app, use that instead of the link.
No matter what I tried, it was still a tedious process. It is straightforward in Outlook to select all mails from. I think Apple can do a better filter. However, the search (magnifying glass) gives better results in apple mail.
All attachments are embedded. There’s no other way to make an attachment. A standards compliant email client will be able to display the attachment however it wants. Unfortunately some companies make their email client difficult to use.
Thank you, I've sent feedback on both the filtering of emails as well as the attachment of files in terms of embedding files in the mail content itself.
