Actions disappeared in control center when in horizontal mode

So I customized my control center with actions that I need, but when I watch something in horizontal mode, and pull down control action, half of the actions are missing, and most importantly lighting slider bar is gone, and there’s no option to customize center when in horizontal.

Timeline Snapping in Apple Motion HI, I am finding that apple Motions snapping feature is way to subtle. Working in a reasonably lit room the interface is far too dark. Is there a way to customize the interface color? make the snapping color more obvious. I have noticed that snapping is a bit loose in the sense that it just doesn't STICK long enought to a point I want to snap to. The very point of snapping is that it acts as a sort of TAB STOP where you go romsnapping point to snapping point and choose the right one. It's like in motion it's a kind of halfway thing. Where it snapps but you can't really see that it snaps. I am speaking about the TIMELINE specifically where, snapping to keyframes or previous or next elements in the timeline is more obvious. Event Viewer in Split Screen Mode??? For whatever reason, my Event Viewer now shows any clip I use in split screen. When I place a clip on the Timeline, it also appears in split screen, but plays normally. I have made sure under the menu View/Browser that Skimmer Info is unchecked, and that in Settings/Editing that Show detailed trimming feedback in unchecked. Any ideas?

No animations despite Reduce Motion being off “Reduce motion” is turned off, yet still no animations of parallax or whatever. It looks like I enabled “Reduce motion” but it’s turned off.
