For some reason every time I open instagram it glitches me off the app to my Home Screen I have tried restarting it many times and deleting and re installing it still does the same thing I am quite concerned and I don’t want to hard restart it and I don’t want to pay any money by professionals any help would be much appreciated

First, try a forced restart, if the doesn't work uninstall and reinstall Instagram. If the doesn't work, contact Instagram for help with their software.
Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
