Do LL/A phones have 2 sim slots

Hi I am using a 14 Pro Max 256 GB with a model LL/A and has 2 sim slots. My question is how come an American phone has 2 sim slots ? Or did I get a refurbished phone however from the warranty status- nothing was changed or repaired.
