So.... don't delete the app.

And the passwords are still synced using iCloud. Deleting the app shouldn't delete the passwords.

It's not entirely clear what you're asking. Are you asking if it's possible to delete the app accidentally? It's pretty hard to delete anyapp accidentally as there are multiple steps involved.

Or are you asking if you can delete the Password app and go back to accessing passwords in Settings? If so, no, you can't. Apple has removed that feature.
