I tried to update my iPhone XS 10 Max, and it stuck.

I tried to update my iPhone XS 10 Max today, and it stuck.

It was connected to iTunes with a cable. I pressed the button to download iOS 18 and update it. It has been there for several hours with the Apple logo, and I cannot use it.

I cannot switch it off or on. iTunes does not recognize the device.

Stuck on hello screen after ios 18 update Hello, I just bought an iphone 15 pro max and while installing requested an update for the ios 18, after a long time it turns on and its stuck on hello page, not letting me unlock the phone, keeps sending me back to the hello page. I already forced the reset 4 times and still not working, I was not even able to complete the installation and se the homescreen. I don’t have an MAC, I try to connect itunes, but since it was never really installed, it does not recognize the iphone, I don’t know what to do, I am so frustrated 😣

iOS 18.3 update lockup on iPhone SE (Gen 2) with iTunes I tried to update to 18.3 on Jan. 28. - iPhone SE, Generation 2. I have two of these phones, for different numbers. They were on 17.2.1 (I think), and both have been working fine with my PC and iTunes. BOTH PHONES LOCKED UP DURING THE UPDATE. They are stuck in the process - with the Apple Logo and a progress bar, about 5% complete (or so). There was no plugging them back in, the PC and iTunes did not recognize them at all. No attempts to reboot or restart the phones had any effect at all. I tried rebooting the PC, restarting iTunes, phones plugged in and unplugged. Nothing works. Help!!! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
