On an M-series Mac— for software issue

The best you can do if you have an issue— equivalent Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.

After I updated to sequoia like 1 week ago, my touch bar was gone.

Then I did a new update yesterday and the problem was fixed.

Now, after not even 24 hours the touch bar is gone again, and with it even the touch bar options within the settings menu. So like if it wasn't even installed... Can somebody tell me please how to fix it, or, what would be even better:

Could Apple engineers please try out their upgrades on all models before releasing them???

Thank you all in advance,

Markus
