rollback iphone 11 to ios 17 from 18

After installing the latest update on my iphone 11, I am no longer able to connect to cellular. Would like to rollback to IOS 17 from IOS 18. Is that possible? I searched on the website and on doing the restore the only option was to reinstall IOS 18. I was told that IOS 17.9 is what I need to have.

inadvertantly turned off use cellular to do an update. how to turn back on? I went to install today’s iOS update and inadvertently said do not use cellular. Now I can’t download even though I am hooked up to Wi-Fi. Tried to turn device off then on. No option to download and install the update. Any recommendations?

Is there a way to uninstall an update? My 6s plus got nerfed by the 15.8 update !! Hi, my son update his 6s plus with the REQUIRED 15.8 update. It was working perfectly fine until the update on Tmobile/Mint. No, it's not possible to rollback to iOS 17.
There is no iOS 17.9 version. The most current one at this time is iOS 17.7
