"like" and "love" in imessage

If we cannot block a "liked" or "loved" reply to a text message, can we at least get the peace of mind that these replies would not create a "ding" or become an unread message? I don't care if someone likes or loves what I type but I do not like the fact that the phone dings every time someone replies in that manner.
