I got an orange dot on the Dynamic Island even when I’m not using the microphone, what should I do?

You can bring down Control Center, by swiping down form the top right corner and it should say at the top which app is using the Microphone.

I look in Control Centre to see what’s using the microphone and it just shows ‘Unknown’ so can’t get rid of it. Is there a way of sorting this out?

Mine says “Unknown” is using the microphone and it!! How do you solve this please?
