I have downloaded iOS 18 to my iPhone 15 ProMax

I don't see any new options for photo editing, such as "magic eraser"

"Magic Eraser" is an Android feature it does not exist on iPhones.

Assuming you mean Apple's "Clean Up" feature, that is not yet available. It is part of Apple Intelligence which will be coming to iPhone 15 Pro, Pro Max and iPhone 16 models, later this year.
