My watch is stuck on OS 4.3.2 any ideas on how to get it to update? My phone is iPhone 15 and on iOS 18, I have rest both devices , I’ve knocked off automatic updates , I’ve knocked off wifi and Bluetooth and tried everything I’ve seen on the communications.

The watch series 7 was originally released with watchOS 8, so that is not a series 7 you have.
I'm going to guess it is a series 0 if it will not upgrade past watchOS 4.
A Series 7 watch won't be on 4.3.2. If you're referring to the 7000 descriptor, that's a first generation(Series 0) unit and isn't capable of 5 or above.
