At a guess: This is related to Wi-Fi. BCM suggests Broadcom, a supplier to the networking industry. WLAN is an acronym for Wireless Local Area Network (a.k.a., Wi-Fi). The rest of the filename suggests that this file is in some way related to the software for a Broadcom BCM4378 "system-on-chip". The "_Hashstore" suggests that maybe that this is a cache file that would be regenerated if needed, but I would not suggest removing it for kicks simply to test that theory.

As for the BCM4378, it appears to provide both a dual-band 802.11ax radio and a BlueTooth 5.1 radio.

DCPAVFamilyProxy

No idea.

I/O Kit

IOKit is a standard Apple framework for accessing hardware devices and drivers. The name in and of itself doesn't seem suspicious.

PPP

Sounds like Point-to-Point Protocol. Macs support PPPoE (PPP over Ethernet), although your Network Preferences or Network Settings might not have a PPPoE service set up by default.
