MacOS 15, No Cantonese speak?

I recently updated my Mac to macOS 15 and have encountered an issue with the Cantonese voice setting in the Accessibility > Spoken Content section. I set the System Speech Language to Cantonese and selected the Sinji (Premium) voice, but when I highlight text to speak, it reads the text in Mandarin instead of Cantonese.

The System Speech Language is set to Cantonese, but it seems to default to Mandarin regardless. I’ve tried disabling Detect Languages and restarting my Mac, but the problem persists. Additionally, there is no option to remove or re-download the Cantonese voice in the Spoken Content settings.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
