Why does my iPhone show high Screen Time usage overnight?

I like to switch off my phone at night while sleeping and when I wake up and see my phone screen time it shows it has been working all night and my screen time has reached 14 hrs 31 min today at 7:43 AM. How is this possible .

Why does Screen Time show usage when iPhone is off? Screen time shows phone and screen as being in use overnight, when phone is powered off, and I am asleep. This renders stats meaningless and makes it impossible to track actual screen time. Please fix this, and please do not tell me to restart my phone, and turn screen time tracking off and then on again! Guidance on this subject or fixing the bug is lacking. How can I manage Screen Time on iPhone during sleep hours? My screen time constantly counts use during the tine I’m sleeping (before 6am on the image below). It shows as a gray bar and has no information about what it is. Than my daily use is of 8:49h on the app description it is less than2h. That quite a big imprecision…Any one can help with it? Screen Time is tracking usage even while my iPhone 12 is turned off Since some time now, my screen time shows grey bars for screen usage overnight, even though my phone‘s turned off overnight. I think that’s been happening since iOS 18, before that it was fine. I wanted to ask if anyone found a solution to this. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
