Tons of issues since updating to Sequoia 15 (iMac M3)

Since updating to Sequoia yesterday I have had several issues

My keyboard won't work consistently. I can't click things in the toolbar and when I can it acts like its really slow.

I couldn't full screen a video and when it finally did 5 mins later, I couldn't undo it without guessing where my cursor was to restart the computer.

Independent of the keyboard issues, Command+Tab won't work even when the rest of the keyboard is working.

Im sure I'll find more, this has all begun in the last hour of me logging in.
