Mail push notification solved

I am starting a new thread because top discussions on this topic are locked.

For those who still cannot receive mail push notifications on iOS devices after following all kinds of troubleshooting guides, I happened to solve it by ticking Alerts for each account listed at Settings > Mail > Notifications > Customize Notifications. Hope it works for you too. Good luck!
