Iphone se 2 turns off so I can't retrieve my data

Recently my phone started to turn off and on periodically. I have checked and it is a known problem with this phone. In the panic report there's a mic1 missing which causes the problem. I have decided to replace my phone rather than fixing it. The problem is that I don't have a back up file. I have tried to use itunes to access the iphone but once I connect the device and open it the timer for turning off starts and I can't accomplish anything during this time. I have tried to update the firmware via itunes and now I can't access my phone at all since it's trying to set the os again and it doesnt have enuagh time.

I wanted to know whether there's a way to access my data without accessing the phone or otherwise to bypass that mic1 problem.

If your phone is not working well enough to let you retrieve data from the phone, you are not getting data back from the phone. But it sounds like you already know that.


You say that you have not made any backups. So you won't be getting any data back that way. Backups must be made before catastrophe strikes. Afterwards is too late.


E-mail is usually set up so that the master copies of e-mail are stored on your e-mail provider's servers. If that's the case, you should be able to connect another device to your e-mail account; maybe even log into e-mail using a Web browser (if your e-mail provider supports that).


If you were using iCloud Photos or any other type of iCloud synchronization, you may be able to get data back from iCloud, by connecting to iCloud or logging into the Web interface https://www.icloud.com/ . But the data must have been synchronized there by your phone, This will not get you back anything that was only on your phone.
