We really need more information, or else start by reading the links below.
I would not create a regular account for doing this if it is going to be used by multiple individuals. It is too easy for one person to change the access information and lock everybody else out, possibly also making the device(s) useless to even you. Depending upon how many people are using how many devices and for what purpose, your needs may be met with different services.
