Iphone 12 pro freezing on settings page, weird internet bug

Hi everyone, I have a very weird problem with my Iphone12 Pro.

This problem appeared after I updated to IOS17.5.

The problem is as follows:

At random times throughout the day, my phone "kind off" disconnects from internet, (I notice this by doing some web search or browsing that the page is not loading), I go to settings and press on WiFi, the the page freezes, it doesn't show me the Wifi page nor let's me scroll.

During this period,

I CAN do whatsapp chatting, video calling, Audio calling!!!!

I CANNOT do whatsapp photos, stickers, voice message sending or downloading!!

I CANNOT do web browsing (Not Safari nor chrom)

I CAN open the app Doulingo for example and do a lesson, but it doesn't register it!!!

I CANNOT open gaming apps that use internet.

I CANNOT open my banking apps, BUT I can pay contactless with my phone!!!

Does anyone else experience any or all of these weird stuff! I really don't know how to explain it logically!

Note: It happens with every WiFi (at home, office and Uni)

Note: I updated then to 17.6, 17.7 and now to 18.. no change

Looking forward to any explanation and solutions.
