flight preview not working iOS 18

the flight preview/copy flight link in iMessage when you send a flight number eg QF103 or something like that doesn’t show up anymore now that I have updated to iOS 18, it worked previously in iOS 17.

edit: I found closing and reopening updates the messages to have the links, but why doesn’t it just work when I send/receive a message?

Send-later once worked to androids For the last couple months I’ve been able to use the new “send later” delayed text message function not only to iPhones but also to Androids. Mysteriously this morning the button for “send later” is missing when I try to send a delayed message to an android phone, though the button is still there for delayed messages to iPhones. Software update, resetting iMessage, turning airplane mode on and back off etc does nothing to fix it. Anyone know of a fix for this?

iMessage not working after updating to ios 16.6 Since the update my iMessages are not going through. It sends the message as text message and not iMessage. If I get a message from iMessage, my iMessage will work for a couple of messages and then back to the same problem!!!

iPad Message Delivery Issues after iOS 18.3 Update I can no longer send messages containing links or media if an android user is involved either individually or group. MMS is on in iPhone and forwarding is enabled. The message field on iPad now says SMS - wasn’t like this before. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled messages. interesting aside which may matter… was on apple support messaging yesterday and my messages would not sync to iPad. His did. So something is not working. I do have message forwarding enabled and have both phone number and email address enabled in messages.

Noticed this as well. I can send flight codes and the receiver has no problem (if they are on a lower iOS than 18), but it doesn’t work for me to send or receive and be able to click on the code.
