I don't know; like you I don't use any Google products, or even any Safari Extensions for that matter. However, I do know that legitimate software makes no effort to obscure itself behind incomprehensible file names like that one. I only mentioned it because EtreCheck categorized it as such.
Often, it is insufficient to merely disable certain software products. To be completely certain it's not affecting your Mac, I recommend uninstalling it, and verifying that is has been uninstalled by running another EtreCheck report.
On that subject, be sure to select EtreCheck's option to allow full disk access. EtreCheck cannot read certain parts of a Mac's system without Admin credentials — a requirement that should always be taken seriously, and if it were not for the fact EtreCheck is a mere information-gathering and -reporting tool that does not alter a Mac in any way whatsoever, I would hesitate recommending that action.
