apple intelligence unavailable macbook pro 14 inch m3, canada

i cant find ANY apple ai features on my MacBook pro 14 inch m3. There is no tab in settings for it. There is no proof read option. Its as if i updated to mac os sequoia but the apple intelligence feature is missing all together. Am i doing something wrong or is it unavailable in Canada?
