I have rebooted and I still don't see an option to listen to voicemail over the speaker. I have no speaker icon. I have the play option, the do not disturb icon, phone icon and delete icon.

Can you post a screenshot?
Should be play button, speaker icon, call icon and delete icon.
There is no DND icon that I know of.
Are you using visual voicemail or are you calling in to check your voicemail.
