itunes latest version 12.13.2.3 freezes

Still freezing in September 2024. No update from apple.

Not impressed.

Anyone have an answer to this problem, only I already own the hardware that won't work with anything other than fruit based products.

A better response would be useful - if anyone can suggest how to avoid the constant crashes of the latest version?
