On tapping missed call notification iPhone automatically dials the number

I replaced a Iphone SE with a new iphone se. If i tap a notification of a missed call the phone automatically dials the number whether i want to or not.

How can I turn it off? Under settings; "return missed calls" is already off.

dialing without confirmation Is there a way to prevent iPhone dialing without confirmation? If my lock screen says I missed a call and I touch that notification, the iphone dials immediately, and I do not want that! It also happens on the Recent Calls page. Calls go through no matter how fast I select the hangup button.

You can't. Do not tap on it. Tap on the "I" on the right-hand side.
