Preordered iPhone 16 pro max for pickup

I’m trying to figure out what is going on with my order. It still says processing on the app but one of the Apple specialists said that it was getting ready to ship. My pickup is tomorrow morning. Has anyone ever had experience with this? I ordered it a few minutes after pre orders opened up (was on the app waiting for it to let me in to order). I’m just trying to figure out if they normally are there on time for the scheduled pick up times.

If Apple tells you you can pick up your iPhone tomorrow morning, then you'll be able to pick up your iPhone. For people who ordered their phones for home deliver, most have already gotten shipping notification emails with tracking details. You ordered yours for instore pickup, so there is no need to provide you a tracking number. You WILL, however, receive an email when your order is officially ready to be picked up.
