How did icloud for windows create folders on windows 10 ?

hello everyone, this is from my dad's laptop which has an iphone 6 backup. I am sure that the folders "Back up 12.09.2017", "backup", "Whatup" folders are created and not default. But, how are the folders "Karim’s iPhone iPhone 6", "Photo Library", and "Camera Roll" created ? is it through an old version of icloud for windows or what ?
