Stuck on "Complete your Apple Account"
The "Continue" button is greyed out after pressing "Continue" however the screen is stuck. Not able to progress.

here's what had finally worked for me (before tech support called, so not sure whether they could've fixed it remotely):
This is what it should look like in App Store once you manage to get past the Continue stage:
Hope you can fix the software side issue this way when you get it back/get a replacement.

Hi,
This worked for me after support from Apple proved unsuccessful.
First add address details to your account in advance, you can do this through your account payment and shipping section on your settings app.
Then you just need to sign into one iTunes based Apple service with that account on a different device (I used apple music on my Samsung phones browser)
Let me know how it goes, hope this works!
This worked for me... tho I simplified the steps by just logging into Apple Music from the same device in Chrome in incognito mode (and then closing+re-opening the App Store). Thank you!
Facing the same issue with the "Continue" button, have been on Apple chat twice, reinstalled MacOS on their suggestion, to no avail.
I have a phone call scheduled with tech support later this week, please let us "me too's" know if you've managed to find a workaround since the original post.
p.s.: getting a brand new email address and starting from scratch did not help either. Apparently this is something linked to MacOS Sequoia
Nope not workaround found. Still stuck. Actually I had another issue with my MacBook where it wasn't powering on at all, so I have sent it to Apple for repair. I shall give it another try when I get it back.

Thanks you so much for this comment that you left. It saved my life today. After unsuccessfully trying to download the app I need for work (and couldn't because of this error) it was the only workaround that helped to me. Thank you so much once again!
