You need to explain what you mean by that.
If the SIM itself is locked and requires a PIN or PUK code, you need to contact your carrier.
If the phone itself is carrier locked and you are getting an ‘unsupported SIM’ message, you need to contact the carrier the phone is locked to. They are the only ones who can unlock it.
