Remove hearing aid app from iPhone 11

I am trying to remove a hearing aid app from my iPhone 11 and it’s not working. When I go in and say forget this device it just spins and spins. I’ve been told to shut the phone off turn it back on try it again it’s still not working. The app is no longer on my phone but it still shows up under accessibility as a hearing aid device under settings
