Eye tracking doesn't turn off

So recently i updated to IOS18 and to my surprise they dont have eye tracking for iphone 11. And when i was messing around with widget customization i discovered a widget for eye tracking. I decided to add it and try it out. Now i have a floating bubble around with no way to turn it off. I tried restarting the phone but it didnt work. Did anyone else had a problem like this and if so how do i fix it??

iPhone 11, iOS 18

You've probably already figured it out, but anyway:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch = Off
