Pin bent issue with new IPhone 13

I bought IPh13 in feb and after 7 months I faced issue with charging after first diagnosis with service Center cleaned my charging cable, for a week it’s worked fine but after it had the same problem after diagnosis with other service Centre, they informed that charging Pin is pressed and that comes in physical damage and you have to pay, service Center informed me that they received 3 phone with same issue today. I spoke to support. They denied me for exception to fix my phone and disconnected my call Case ID : 102398018391 kindly help me to fix my phone under warranty.
