Logic Pro 11 not recording audio properly from a line in.

I had recorded a demo song using exact same settings and audio interface a day or so ago but today it is not recording audio properly and just has a faint intermittent signal in the recorded track. Tested audio interface in garage band and it works there. Also works if I use a mic instead of a line for recording in logic.

How do I fix choppy audio recording and monitoring in Logic Pro? I've had an issue recording in Logic for the better half of a year. Every time I select an audio track and try to record my guitar input or vocals, I get extremely choppy audio that's entirely unusable. Geluid krakend en nauwelijks hoorbaar bij audio opname I want to record an audio track in Logic Pro and I can hardly hear any sound, it comes from very far away and it cracks enormously, via monitoring and also in the final recording. All devices were tested separately: synths, microphone, mixing console, Scarlett Focusrite interface, they all work perfectly. I don't think it could be anything other than a setting in Logic Pro... Can anyone help me with this?

Logic Pro is not processing audio in correctly whenever I try to record any audio, whether its guitar or vocals logic will do this weird thing where it'll pick up the audio just fine but then it'll cut out and randomly come back. I need help. I've tried restarting, uninstalling, and updating nothing is working.

Make sure your Mac's "Mic Mode" is set to Standard:
