New iPhone to use iPhone Mirroring on Mac Sequoia
I received my new iPhone 16 Pro Max this morning and after configuring it from my iPhone 15 Pro Max I wanted to try out iPhone Mirroring on my 2024 MacBook Air M3. I had used the iPhone 15 Pro Max with mirroring and really liked it. I got ready to configure the Mac with the iPhone 16 Pro Max and all the Mac saw was the iPhone 15. I made sure that I signed out of my account on the 15 and turned it off. I tried to open iPhone Mirroring on the Mac and all it could say was Unable to Connect to iPhone 15 Pro Max. I looking in Settings>General>AirPlay & Continuity and the selection for iPhone Mirroring was not there. I checked in Settings>Desktop & Dock and the iPhone Mirroring was not there either. I just cannot seem to get the Mac to recognize the new iPhone. Any thoughts?
