How to link my new email to the bottom menu on my MacBook Air?
I am changing email providers and need to know how to link my new enail to the bottom menu on my Mac Air

I'm not clear on what you mean by the "bottom menu". If you mean the Dock:
Use the Dock on Mac - Apple Support
that provides shortcuts to your apps, so there's nothing there you should need to change. You just need to set up your new account in Mail, if you use the included Mail app:
Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
or in whatever app you do use for mail.
