MacOS Sequoia Ethernet Sync only at 100Mbps

I have a M1 Macbook Pro with an external Dell dock (WD19TB) that has worked flawlessly until the Sequoia upgrade a few days ago. It appears that the dock's onboard NIC will not sync at 1000Mbps, only at 100Mbps.

Is anyone else seeing this? I had to shift to a USB dongle and it has no trouble at 1000Mbps on the same switchport.

I understand that the dock isn't an Apple product, but this is the first I've had any trouble since I bought the MBP, running Monterrey back then and upgraded through Ventura and Sonoma without a fault.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.0

It doesn't support Sequoia.
