Just upgraded to iPhone 16 and the Qardio app did not install, has a little cloud icon. When tapped it says the app is not available in the app store. When did this happen? Coincidentally (I hope) Qardio support web page fails with ‘Safari cannot establish secure connection’.

Of course Qardio is not present in these forums so I doubt your admonition will be noticed by them. Oh, and if you read the previous posts you might notice that Qardio is bankrupt and out of business. Perhaps that is the reason for your issues. Just saying.

Since it appears the company went out of business and any fix would be there responsibility, don’t hold your breath.
I have just retried and it could be downloaded again, but I have just bought another weight scale...

The Qardio website is still up, but the support page is down. The email I sent to support@qardio.com bounced. Glad I still have my old phone to get the past data (it’s also in the Health app), but this a drag.

Only your lawyer can tell you. There is seldom much relief to customer after bankruptcy.
Their website charged my credit card for a purchase in July, and I still haven't received it nor have I been able to get in contact with anyone at Qardio. No refund. Stay away from ordering anything from them.
