Wi-Fi dropping off on iPhone XR post iOS 18 update

after updating to IOS18 yesterday. i started to notice my Wi fi dropping off on my iPhone XR and then today it stop. and my Norton 360 VPN keep giving me problem to, so I turn it off and the problem seem to go away. then my security cams stop working and TP-Link Teather APP was having problem to. so i thought it may be the Router so i reboot it and it seen to work for about 10 minutes than stopped . then I went into the WI FI setting on the phone and notice something new the Wi-Fi had a fixed or rotating MAC address setting now. found out it was a update in IOS 18 . did a little research on it. Found the Rotating mode was to switch MAC address, but not every 10 minutes. when i set it to Fixed it seen to fix it. found when the mac address rotating the router thinks its a new device trying to log on and blocks it , I keep getting a Notification of new device trying to log on from Teather and then the VPN keep blocking it to I think .so I turned off the VPN set iPhone to Fixed rebooted the phone let it all boot up then turned on the VPN and it seems to be working now . and it seems to load everything faster i have 256 GB of memory . I hope this fixes it . Has there been any reports on this happing. still not sure it fixed it and want to make sure it is not some thing else doing it ,
