Screen time bug in iOS 18

Ever since I updated to iOS 18, my phone has counted it being fully powered off as screen time… Is this happening for everyone? The image should hopefully make it pretty clear what I’m talking about. I have an iPhone 15 if that’s important.

Screen Time is tracking usage even while my iPhone 12 is turned off Since some time now, my screen time shows grey bars for screen usage overnight, even though my phone‘s turned off overnight. Why does my iPhone's Screen Time go back only 9 days? I have not deleted, nor turned Screen Time off/back on. Does the IOS 16.1.1 update delete Screen Time prior to the install?
