please am trying to use my iMessage on my SE 2nd generation but it’s not available on the device why

I don't think you can delete the Messages app from an iPhone. You might find that, while it is not on any of your Home screens, it will still be in the App Library ready for placement into a Home Screen.
Swipe left through all your Home Screens until you get to the library. Messages will be in the group labelled Social and you will see the icon for the app. Touch, hold, and drag it onto a Home Screen.
