Popup windows not expanding horizontally to be usable

I’m experiencing problems with the popup windows in Logic Pro for iPad. So far, the “New Project Settings” popup window and the “Track Icons” popup window are appearing scrunched horizontally, like a closed accordion. They are unusable.

Anyone else having this problem?

I just re-installed Logic Pro for iPad two days before upgrading my iPadOS to 18.0.

I have not use Logic Pro since V 1.0 came out.

This problem occurs with nothing else running but Logic Pro.

Everything else in Logic Pro seems to be working properly except this Display issue.

Anyone else experiencing this problem or have suggestions?

Those popup windows are displaying properly now in iPadOS 18.1

P.S. I was being bugged for TouchID while trying to use LP for iPad. iOS 18.1 prompted me for TouchID for Files, then I new right away that it wasn’t a Logic problem, but being caused because I had locked my Files to requiring Touch ID. Prior to 18.1 I was being prompted for Touch ID to access Logic. Funny how a simple thing like a screen message can make such a difference. I credit iOS developers for fixing what probably seemed real minor to them, but it was affecting every app that needed Files access.

Hey Johne,

I had the same issue on my iPad Pro 2018 on iPadOS 18, as well as a similar one on another program.

I tried uninstalling, restarting, and even resetting the whole device to no avail. I eventually decided to downgrade to the last supported iPadOS 17 version, which fixed the issues.

It is probably a compatibility issue that needs an update on the apps end.
