Notifications no longer working with car play

I no longer get notification's with car play. It sure if this happened with the iOS 18 upgrade or started before. I have checked on multiple cars so it’s something with the phone. I have walked through all settings with apple support and they could not figure out why. Is anyone else having this issue?

I was getting all notifications from my Volkswagen connect app of my car with out any issues. After the last software upgrade to IOS 16.7.1 (auto update) I am not getting any notifications - both message & sound from the my Volkswagen connect app. Hence I am not able to use the location & other details of the vehicle on my phone. But the alerts are appearing in the alerts window of the app itself but not getting transferred to the Lock Screen of the phone. I verified all possible settings in the notification tab of the phone but cannot resolve the issue. Advise help from anyone who has rectified this issue

Notifications not working since iOS 17.3 and still not fixed 17.4 I have an iPhone 12 Pro. Since iOS 17.3.1 and now 17.4, my notifications only work when i reinstall my apps and I am not going to do that with every single app I have. Even if I go into the notifications settings and play around with it, no notifications are delivered since itsll all set on "on" anyway. Apple, please fix this!

Notifications from apps no longer appearing in iPhone 16 Pro Max post update iphone 15 pro max updated to ios 18 = no issue with receiving any and all app notifications. Activated iphone 16 pro max, transferred data and settings and then updated to ios 18. Notifications from apps are no longer appearing from any app. Is this a temporary glitch to be fixed in next ios update? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Turn off Face ID for messages and phone and the apps will reappear in your CarPlay. Thank me later!
