Since I updated to Sequoia OSx I started having a problem with my monitor. I use a MacMini M2 Pro and a 2560x1080 LG Ultrawide Monitor. The previous operating system never had this problem but it is happening a lot now. I read several forums looking for a solution. I`ve changed color profile, refresh rate and checking power mode. Unfortunately I didn't find a solution.

These new Mac mini's are picky with it comes to cable length, quality and speed.
If you are using the LG supplied HDMI cable or another long poorly made HDMI cable..?
Replace it with a 8K 3.3FT/1M 2.1 48Gbps Ultra High Speed HDMI cable.
for example > https://www.amazon.com/8K-HDMI-Cable-Highwings-Braided/dp/B08NX5CZTF/ref=sr_1_5?th=1
Or with an 8K 1.4 Cable 3.3FT 32.4Gbps High Speed USB-C to DisplayPort cable (if that display has DisplayPort input)

Important: it’s stable just using 60 Hz but not 75 Hz

What model # is the LG Ultrawide...?
What cable are you using to connect the LG to the Mac mini...?
From your description, it sounds like you may need to upgrade to a high quality display cable.
